Theo is a teenage boy who is very shady. He specializes in tarot cards, and tells people what tarot card they are and what awaits them in life. This, of course, isn't for free. Him with his two friends Alexandrite
and Stacy
. They always kind of insult each other and even attack each other but in reality they all really like each other and enjoy their presence, they are just very ruthless and uneducated. Theo is very sneaky and cannot be trusted, he has a very smug and confident personality, as well as loving to manipulate people. It is said that Theo's Eye necklace is haunted, containing souls of people who have made this world a worse place than it is.

Theo shoots a few Malicious eyes that deal 100 damage and darkness effect for 100 damage per second for 3 seconds.

Gets rid of every debuff the siter has at the moment

Boosts the effect damage by 25% for 5 seconds
The High Priestess
Boosts how the healing they receive by 20% for 7 seconds.
The Empress
Boosts the overall damage dealt by 25% for 8 seconds.
The Emperor
Boosts the overall defense by 30% for 6 seconds.
The Hierophant
Deals Periodic healing for 550 HP for 5 seconds.
The Lovers
Deals Periodic healing for 200 HP for 6 seconds and gives the siter a speed boost for 4 seconds.
The Chariot
Boosts their speed by two stages for 5 seconds.
Strength
Boosts damage dealt by 20% and defense by 20% for 5 seconds.
The Hermit
Makes the enemies invisible to others for 6 seconds.
Wheel of Fortune
The siter gets all the tarot card buffs that other allies received.
Justice
Skill Cooldown reduced by 4 seconds
The Hanged Man
Raises you defense by 10% for 5 seconds and speed by one stage for 7 seconds
Death
If you die in the next 8 seconds, you will be revived with 50% of your HP ( Energy revival won't be wasted )
Temperance
Ignores any effect from enemies or debuff for 7 seconds.
The Devil
Attack and Skill both deal fire damage for 300 damage per second for 4 seconds, and your chance of landing a CRIT increases by 30% for the next 10 seconds.
The Tower
Attacks deal knockback for 5 seconds, as well as getting a 40% buff to defense for 4 seconds.
The Star
Gives a HP Shield of 1000 HP
The Moon
Purifies you and gives you 600 HP
The Sun
Gives Decaying Shield of 2500 HP that looses 200 HP per second
Judgement
Makes your attacks give wound effect for 5 seconds, as well as making your attacks surpass every enemy shield for 6 seconds.
The World
Heals you for 800 HP per second for 3 seconds, as well as making your attacks explode for the next 8 seconds.
Anarchy Effect
If Theo is in battle with Alexandrite or Stacy, he will give them 3 Tarot Cards as well.
Trivia
- Theo's Original name was Rubell, since he was planned to be based on the Rubellite Gemstone, then his name was supposed to be soemthing related to tarot cards, and after that the name Theo was chosen
